Ivan started working at the EDC in 2025. He has formed a self-driven career path within the culinary world as he began as a dishwasher and progressed through the ranks to become a Head Chef/Supervisor at a well-known restaurant. Ivan demonstrates an exceptional commitment and a comprehensive understanding of all facets of kitchen operations. He values the friendships with his coworkers and making the workplace a positive place.

Aam started working at the EDC in 2022. Her cooking experience ranges from our medical behavioral unit to the EDC. Aam enjoys working with the team and how cooking brings people together.
