Michelle Rogers is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the care and treatment of eating disorders. She earned her BS in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from UC San Diego in 2020 and completed her Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego in 2024. During her graduate training, Michelle completed her practicum at UC San Diego Health Eating Disorder Center for Treatment and Research in Pediatrics, where she discovered her passion for working with individuals and families affected by eating disorders. Michelle is experienced in a range of evidence-based treatments, including Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She brings a collaborative, strengths-based approach to her work, meeting clients and families where they are with both empathy and insight. Outside of her clinical work, Michelle enjoys traveling, reading, and playing with her two rambunctious English Shepherds.
