Nicole Lee

Nicole Lee (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the Pediatric Clinic at the UCSD Eating Disorder Center for Treatment and Research. She earned her Master’s Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and her Bachelor of Arts in French and Arabic from Portland State University. Nicole has lived and worked in Morocco and France, where her teaching experience deepened her understanding of cultural systems, family dynamics, and their influence on well-being. She integrates these perspectives into her clinical work with children and families. Nicole completed her practicum year at UCSD Eating Disorders Center in the Pediatric Program where she was trained in evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family-Based Treatment (FBT). Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading, travelling, and collecting seashells at the beach.
