Clare is a Marital and Family Therapist Trainee in the Adolescent Program at the UCSD Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego. Originally from the Bay Area, Clare earned her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies in 2024 from Colorado State University, with a concentration in Prevention and Intervention Sciences. While at CSU, she served as a Peer Advisor for the HDFS department, supporting students throughout their academic and personal development.

Shelbie McCree

Shelbie is a graduate student at USD completing her Marriage and Family Therapy training at the UCSD Eating Disorder Center in the Adolescent Program. She earned her bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience and a minor in Counseling and Social Change from SDSU in 2024. While at SDSU, she gained research experience in the Translational Emotion and Neuroscience Development Lab and the Center for Research on Sexuality and Sexual Health, focusing on youth emotional development and sexual health disparities.
